DIMM的温度是从何得来? 感测到的温度是Tambient or Tcase？

温度是从SPD EEPROM里面的thermal sensor读出来的，SPD EEPROM有分成带thermal sensor跟不带thermal sensor两种，SPD EEPROM是否带有thermal sensor则是依据产品类别而有不同的搭配。 
根据SPD EEPROM规范定义，SPD EEPROM内建之thermal sensor感测到的温度属于Tambient。
